Fiat-Chrysler Automobile (FCA) confirmed that Alfa Romeo will build two new engines, which will be equipped in future models.

The engines will be a 4-cylinder and a V6 derived from Ferrari, which will be manufactured and assembled at the company’s plant in Termoli, Italy, with the annual production capability reaching 200,000 units per year.
FCA did not give details on what models the engines will be fitted and further specifications of the engines. The four cylinder is probably going to be equipped on the new sedan prepared by Alfa Romeo to compete with the BMW 3-Series.
