The Hyundai i20 WRC has recently completed a 4-day test in Spain and particularly, in order to prepare for the World Rally Championship. The i20 WRC 2016 is wider and shorter than its predecessor it has a new engine and a new transmission.
The car was driven by the test driver Kevin Abbring, with the co-driver being Sebastian Marshall. The official driver of the car will be Dani Sordo.
Hyundai Motorsport had originally planned to present the new car at the end of the season, but due to some problems with the homologation of the car, the car will make its at the Monte Carlo race at the beginning of the next season.
