Isuzu presented in collaboration with Arctic Trucks, the D-MAX Arctic Trucks AT35. Arctic Trucks is an international company with headquarters in Iceland, which specializes in modifications of four-wheel drive vehicles, so as to make them more suitable in harsh terrain, particularly in polar temperatures, snow and ice.
The Isuzu D-Max Arctic Trucks AT35 is the most off-road D-Max that someone can buy from a dealership and it is equipped with a 1.9-liter diesel engine producing 164 hp at 3,600 rpm, with 360 Nm of torque at 2,000 rpm. It is available with either a 6-speed manual or a 5-speed automatic transmission and it has the “shift-on-the-fly” system, through which the driver can also select if he wants the engine to send the power to the front or all wheels, even when moving at speeds up to 100 km/h.
The D-Max Arctic Trucks AT35 features an upgrades suspension, with Fox Performance shock absorbers and huge 35-inch tires. Its distance from the ground has grown by 125 mm, giving the car amazing angles of approach, and departure. It has a payload of has 3.5 tonnes, standard xenon headlights, and rear LED lights.
The Isuzu D-Max AT35 is available in seven colors (White Splash, Cosmic Black, Grey Obsidian, Venetian Red, Green Tundra, Titanium Silver and Blue Nautilus) and will be sold by the official dealer network of Isuzu, with its price in England starting from £38,000.
