Jeep released the first pictures and details of the new Compass that will makes its debut in November at the Los Angeles auto show. The model, looks like a smaller Grand Cherokee, having beautiful lines, a slightly sloping roofline, LED daytime running lights and chrome decorations.
Its interior features a large touch screen in the center console, a three spoke steering wheel and aluminum decorations.
It will be available with a 1.4-liter MultiAir turbo four-cylinder engine producing 162 hp with 250 Nm of torque, a new 2.2-liter diesel, a 2.4-liter and a 2.0-liter turbo. It will be offered with front-wheel drive or four-wheel drive and with manual or automatic transmissions.
The new Compass will be available in more than 100 countries worldwide, with its sales to beginning in the first quarter of 2017.
