Lancia presented officially the renewed Ypsilon, that will make its debut at the Frankfurt auto show. The Italian company describes the renewed Ypsilon as “more balanced, with an improved look and strong horizontal lines that make it more impressive”.

The car features a new lower grille, a new bumper and new wheels, while its interior has a new glove compartment that adds an additional 3 liters of space and new gear selector. The Ypsilon is available in three trim levels (Silver, Gold and Platinum) with the Uconnect infotainment system with a 5 inch touchscreen being standard.

It is available with a 1.2 liter naturally aspirated engine producing 69 hp, a 0.9 liter TwinAir producing 85 hp and a 1.3 liter MultiJet diesel producing 95 hp. Sales of the car will begin in Europe at the end of September.
