Volkswagen will present at the Frankfurt auto show, the production version of the Golf GTI Clubsport. The car has a new front bumper, new side skirts, a rear spoiler, a diffuser, dark LED tail lights and tinted windows, while the interior features sports bucket seats with leather, with the wheel being lined with Alcantara.
Its 2 liter, turbo engine now delivers 265 hp and it has a boost mode that increases the maximum power at 290 horses for a short period.
The car can do the 0-100 km/h in 5.9 seconds with the DSG gearbox, with its top speed reaching 249 km/h. Its average fuel consumption is 6.7 liters/100 km and it emits 155 gr/km of CO2.
