Mazda MX-5 by BBR

BBR released a new tuning package for the Mazda MX-5. The package is called Super 200+ and it makes the 2-liter four-cylinder engine of the car, produce 214 hp with 248 Nm of torque, an increase of 56 hp and 48 Nm. The extra power enables the car to do the 0-100 km/h in 5.65 seconds.

The package offered by BBR consists of two stages. The first stage is called regular Super 200 and includes changing the camshafts, upgrading the valve springs, a quad stainless steel exhaust, a new intake system and an ECU reprogramming. These upgrades help the MX-5 reach 205 hp with 244 Nm of torque.

The second improvement stage is called Super 200 Plus and it includes a longer stainless exhaust and the modifications of the previous stage, helping the car reach 214 hp and 248 Nm of torque. BBR can also offer an additional 10 hp on demand, by upgrading the cylinder heads.

Finally, the company offers upgrades on the driving behavior of the Japanese roadster with new springs, shock absorbers, anti-roll bars, larger brakes and more.
