The successor of the Toyota Supra, will be developed by Toyota in collaboration with BMW and according to the latest reports, it will be based on a platform, derived from that of the i8.

The car is expected to be presented in 2017 and it will be equipped with a six-cylinder turbo engine of BMW. It will be placed above the GT86 and it will cost close to the Corvette in the US. It will borrow design elements from the FT-1 Concept, with its body to be made of CFRP.
