Apart from the rear seats and the passenger seat that will be removed, the Demon SRT will have a new steering wheel which reduces the weight by 1.8 kg, less sound proofing material, smaller brakes and new 18-inch rims. It will also have just two speakers, while all other audio wiring will be removed, reducing the weight by 10.9 kg.
The Dodge Challenger SRT Demon will be rear-wheel drive and will have drag tires, with its official presentation taking place at the New York auto show in early April.
