Nissan unveiled the NV Cargo X, an off-road van that will be officially presented at the Chicago auto show. The car has been built in collaboration with the legendary off-road vehicle manufacturer Ian Johnson. The NV Cargo X has a length of 6.11 meter, a height of 2.34 meters and a width of 2.54 meters.
It has 37-inch tires, a ground clearance of 56 cm and it is powered by a 5.0-liter Cummins Turbo Diesel V8 engine that delivers 310 hp with 752 Nm of torque, combined with a 6-speed automatic transmission. The vehicle has also a special color coating in black and white, a LED lighting system and a front winch with a traction capability of over 4.5 tonnes.
Its interior features a special cabin ventilation system, a fluid storage tank, an emergency rope, a full size spare wheel, a portable welding device, a portable lift system and a toolbox.
