Porsche presented the facelift of the 911 Turbo and 911 Turbo S, before the cars make their official debut at the Detroit auto show, this January.

The models are available in both Coupe and Convertible versions. They feature a new front part that has different air intakes and new LED daytime running lights. On the side, the handles are a little different, and the 20 inch alloy wheels have a new design. On the rear part both cars have a slightly different engine cover, and three-dimensional lights.
They are equipped with a 3.8 liter twin-turbo, flat six-cylinder engine that delivers 540 hp in the 911 turbo and 580 hp in the 911 Turbo S. The increase of 20 hp was achieved thanks to the use of a new turbo with a larger compressor. The engine also features a “dynamic boost function” that keeps the boost pressure stable during load changes, stopping fuel injection while keeping open the intake valves.

The 911 Turbo S Coupe, can accelerate to 100 km/h from a standstill in just 2.9 seconds and it has a top speed of 330 km/h.
The interior features a new wheel from the 918 Spyder that has a “mode selector” that allows the driver to choose between Normal, Sport, Sport Plus and Individual mode. Secondly, the renewed Porsche Communication Management infotainment system with GPS, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth and Bose premium audio is offered on the standard equipment.
