Porsche presented the new Cayenne Turbo S at the Detroit auto show. The car is equipped with a 4,8 liter V8 bi-turbo engine producing 570 hp with 800 Nm of torque, 20 hp and 50 Nm of torque more than the pre-facelift generation and it has made a time of 7: 59.74 at the Nürburgring, 14 seconds faster than the Range Rover Sport SVR, making it the fastest SUV at Nürburgring.

The engine features new built-in turbo manifolds, with the 0-100 km/h coming in 4.1 seconds (0.4 seconds faster than the pre-facelift generation), having a top speed of 284 km/h.

It has the PCCB carbon-ceramic brakes, PDCC systems (Porsche Dynamic Chassis Control), PTV Plus (Porsche Torque Vectoring Plus), PTM (Porsche Traction Management), PDLS Plus (Porsche Dynamic Light System Plus) and it stands on 21 inch wheels. It features LED lights, with the interior having leather  upholstery with decorative carbon. In Germany sales of the renewed Cayenne Turbo S will begin in the second half of 2015, with an initial price of €167,000.
