Ssangyong released the first pictures of their new SUV prototype that will be presented at the Paris auto show. The LIV-2 concept is the evolution of the LIV-1 concept that was presented by the company three years ago at the Seoul auto show and basically it shows us the design of the new Rexton that will be officially presented next year.
The design is beautiful and continues on the successful formula of the smaller Tivoli. The front part has a more pronounced grille, new lights with LED, a newly designed front bumper with larger intakes and LED fog lights, while the rear lights have 3D graphics.
The interior features a leather upholstery, wood and chrome, while in the center of the dashboard there is a large screen and below it are the air conditioning switches. The car features four individual seats, but the production version will be not have individual seats and it will be able to carry five passengers. The company says that the car has a luxurious modern interior equipped with an array of advanced communication technologies, while it also features many security systems.
The concept is equipped with two engines a 2.2 liter turbo diesel and a 2.0 liter turbo GDI petrol engine, which will be offered also in the production version.
