Subaru presented the Levorg 1.6GT EyeSight Special Edition for the Japanese market. The company states that 80% of buyers choose the highest level of equipment with the 1.6 liter turbo engine, and therefore they chose to present this special version.
The car costs 2.894.400 yen and it is equipped with a 1.6 liter four-cylinder boxer engine, which belongs to the family FB16 and produces 170 hp with 250 Nm torque. The ratio of horsepower per liter reaches 106, a number that is better than what we have seen on the Forester and the Outback with the 2.5-liter boxer. The car has an average fuel consumption of 5.7 liters/100 km. The special edition of the sports tourer model features new silver, aluminum 18 inch wheels, LED lights, electrically adjustable seats and of course the EyeSight, which is a system that was developed in-house by engineers of Subaru, and it consists of the collision warning system, braking system before the collision, warning for going of the Lane and adaptive cruise control.
