Barn find Jaguar E-Type 3.8 Coupe heads to auction

A barn find Jaguar E-Type is heading to auction, by H & H Classics, after many years of lying forgotten in a barn. This is a 1964 Series 1 E-Type that has passed through the hands of many people, having traveled approximately 50,000 miles.

Given the long period of immobility and lack of maintenance and protection, the E-Type is not in good shape, but with some care and the new parts it needs it can be perfect once again.

It is equipped with a six-cylinder in-line 3.8-liter engine that yields 265 hp, combined with a four-speed gearbox that sends the power to the rear wheels. The price that it is expected to reach is between £35.000 and £45,000.
