Ford unveiled at Detroit the SuperCrew version of the F -150 SVT Raptor. The addition of the rear seats increases the wheelbase by 30.5 centimeters, that now reaches 3,683 centimeters and thanks to its aluminum body, its total weight is 226 kilos lighter than the model it replaces.

Visually it does not differ from the two-door version. It has a new body kit, compared to the simple F-150, which consists of a new grille, new bumpers, wide vented fenders, LED lights, 17 inch wheels and double exhaust tailpipes.
It is equipped with a 3.5 liter V6 EcoBoost engine, the same one as that of the GT Concept, combined with a new 10-speed automatic transmission, with the power to pass to all wheels.
It features the “Terrain Management” system with several modes (Normal, Street, weather (rain, snow, ice), mud/sand, Baja and Rock). This system changes the calibration of the drive system, traction control, the ABS and the AdvanceTrac stability system. The additional equipment includes a Torsen differential lock, which promises to improve “significantly” the off-road capabilities of the Ford F-150 Raptor.
