Mercedes unveiled at Detroit the facelift of the AMG GT and GT S and the facelift of the AMG GT C Coupe. The new AMG GT and GT S have new bumpers and a new grille, with their 4.0-liter V8 engine getting stronger and producing 476 hp with 630 Nm of torque on the AMG GT, while the AMG GT S produces 522 hp with 670 Nm of torque. Both models can be combined with the AMG Interior Night and AMG Exterior Carbon Fiber packages.
The AMG GT C Coupe, is equipped with a 4.0 liter bi turbo V8 engine delivering 557 hp with 680 Nm of torque, that enable it to do the 0-100 km/h in 3.7 seconds, with its top speed being 317 km/h. The car features an electronically controlled limited slip differential on the rear axle.
It has a wheel steer system, in which the rear wheels turn in the opposite direction in relation to the front wheels to improve handling and stability. Improvements have been made also to the car’s bodywork with new aerodynamic elements and a diffuser.
The GT C Coupe will be offered in the Edition 50 version, that features black chrome decorations, AMG forged rims, a Nappa leather upholstery, black shiny decorations on the interior and an exclusive color called Graphite Grey Designo Magno.
